In my life I have worked for many companies that were so focused on being self-serving. When I came to Keyser I read Jonathan’s book and was greatly motivated to work for a company that has my same values and service-oriented attitude. I have worked as a customer service representative, but I was never taught how to selflessly serve my clients. At Keyser, we practice this every day! I have lived my life with a strong foundation of purpose, conviction and with clear principles; Keyser’s 15 principles line up with my personal beliefs. We’re simply a great match.
& My Personal Commitment to Service
From a young age, TJ was taught by his father and church what hard work and true service felt and looked like. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, service was imparted upon him and practiced continuously. He actively lives out those values each day by seeking out ways to help others, whether it be as a softball officiant, an eagle scout, or as a member of the volunteer staff for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Together with his wife, TJ has raised nine children and now has nine grandchildren. His convictions and strong values of service have trickled down through the generations.
